These terms concern The Mind Paradigm website and the operator identified above, referred to as “we”, “us” and “our”. “You” means a website visitor. They concern website use; paid services are addressed separately in the Program & Membership Terms and the specific offer accepted at enrolment.
2. Information and educational content
The website introduces our philosophy, programs and wider vision. Journal essays include philosophical perspectives, reflective practices and personal observations. Research, where discussed, should be attributed and distinguished from interpretation. Read the Disclaimer for the scope of coaching and educational content.
Before enrolling, review the current offer, inclusions, delivery arrangements, prerequisites, price and applicable terms. Contact us if information is unclear or inconsistent; we will address the discrepancy before asking you to proceed.
3. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website text, branding, course materials, photographs and other content are owned by us or used with permission, subject to any identified third-party rights. You may read, link to and print material for your own non-commercial reference. Any sharing remains subject to applicable copyright exceptions.
Obtain permission before republishing substantial content, selling or distributing materials, removing attribution, or using our branding to suggest endorsement. Participation in a program does not itself grant permission to reproduce its materials or teach it under our name.

The governing law is Queensland and applicable Commonwealth law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute; mandatory consumer protections and rights to access other competent courts remain unaffected.
