1. The enrolment agreement
These terms cover Dream The Life, Signature Signal Coaching, Signal Breakthrough, The Mentors Academy, NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, Evolution Economy and GAIN, where supplied by the identified operator.
Your agreement should identify the supplier and include the offer details, relevant program schedule, price, access period and terms supplied before you accept. Any program-specific variation must be clearly disclosed and agreed. An application is a request for consideration, not permission to charge you.
2. Program scope and delivery
Review the inclusions and format before purchase: live or recorded delivery, session length and number, dates and time zone, preparation materials, course prerequisites, platform access and any support or mentoring included. Access to one program does not include another unless the offer expressly says so.
Professional training descriptions must identify the actual certification, awarding organisation, assessment requirements and prerequisites where applicable. Do not assume government accreditation, a professional licence or guaranteed employment from a program name.
3. Fees and payment arrangements
The offer and checkout should clearly show the total price in Australian dollars, applicable GST treatment, any unavoidable charges and any authorised instalment schedule before payment. A payment plan is not necessarily a cancellable monthly subscription; the distinction must be explained before enrolment.
Charges require your authorisation. If a payment fails, we should contact you with a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before restricting the related paid access, unless an urgent legal or security reason applies. No undisclosed penalty or collection fee is authorised by these terms.
4. Membership subscriptions and promotional access
For an ongoing membership, disclose the amount and billing frequency, when billing begins, how to cancel and any minimum commitment before the customer opts in. Subscription consent must be distinguishable from consent to marketing.
A complimentary period or coupon should state its duration, access inclusions, expiry and whether paid renewal is proposed. Paid renewal must be expressly authorised; accepting a free period should not silently enrol someone into an undisclosed charge.
You can request membership cancellation by email to Info@themindparadigm.com, with any verified portal option also made available. Provide written confirmation of the cancellation and applicable access end date. Cancellation must not be made unreasonably difficult.
5. Bookings, changes and missed sessions
Use the booking route supplied with your enrolment. Check the displayed time zone and any preparation required. If you need to change a session, contact us as soon as possible.
Any minimum notice, missed-session charge, forfeiture or transfer restriction must be reasonable and disclosed before purchase. These terms do not create a new fee or impose an unapproved notice period. If we cancel or cannot deliver an agreed session, we will discuss a suitable replacement or an applicable remedy.
6. Cancellations, refunds and consumer guarantees
Australian Consumer Law rights remain available. If services do not meet applicable guarantees, the remedy depends on the circumstances, including the seriousness of the failure. A major service failure may entitle a consumer to cancel and obtain a refund for the unused service, or other statutory remedies.
We do not use a blanket “no refunds” rule to deny statutory rights. A separate change-of-mind or transfer policy may apply where clearly disclosed and lawful; it cannot override those rights. Contact us with the purchase details and reason for your request so it can be assessed.
If we cancel a program or propose a material change, we should offer reasonable options and any remedy required by law rather than impose a materially different service without agreement.
7. Access, participation and materials
Keep your membership credentials private and contact us if access fails. Use program materials for your enrolled personal or professional learning, subject to the licence supplied with the program. Commercial redistribution, account sharing and unauthorised re-teaching are not included.
Participate respectfully. We may address conduct that threatens safety, confidentiality or lawful access. Except where urgent action is reasonably needed, concerns should be explained and an opportunity to respond provided. Any restriction and treatment of unused fees must be proportionate and lawful.
Respect other participants’ privacy. Group settings cannot provide an absolute guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality. Do not record, publish screenshots or identify participants without the required permission.
8. Recordings, testimonials and optional technology
Recording arrangements, intended audience and access period should be disclosed before a session is recorded, with any required consent obtained. Promotional use of a participant’s image, words or story requires separate permission. Enrolment alone does not grant us a perpetual publicity release.
If an AI assistant, transcription service or other optional tool is used with client information, disclose its role and data handling before use and obtain any required consent. These terms do not authorise uploading client material to an AI service.
9. Optional affiliate participation
Any referral or affiliate arrangement is governed by separately supplied terms covering eligibility, commission calculation, payment, refunds, disclosure and termination. Membership does not guarantee earnings, clients or business growth. Review the current affiliate terms before relying on an illustrative example or making a referral.
10. Questions, complaints and changes
Contact Info@themindparadigm.com or +61 7 3303 0129 with the program, purchase reference and the outcome you seek. We should acknowledge the concern, investigate and explain the proposed response within a reasonable time. You retain the right to seek independent advice or contact an appropriate regulator.
Changes to future offers do not retrospectively change an existing agreement. Any proposed transfer of the business to a new company must be handled with appropriate notices and any necessary contractual or privacy steps; a new company name is not automatically substituted by updating this page.
