1. Coaching and educational purpose
The Mind Paradigm provides coaching, workshops, mentoring and professional education as described in the relevant offer. General website and Journal content supports learning and reflection. It does not create an individual coaching relationship merely by being read.
Signature Signal explores the identity a person chooses to embody and how that identity is expressed through thought, feeling, communication and action. Clients are approached as capable people exploring possibility, rather than as people who are broken or need fixing.
2. Philosophy, experience and research
Signature Signal, Dream The Life and related discussions include philosophical perspectives and experiential teaching. Terms such as “Signal”, “frequency” and “coherence” may describe aspects of the framework and personal experience; their use does not by itself establish a measurable physical mechanism.
Personal observations, illustrative examples, metaphysical perspectives and research findings should be distinguished. Where a scientific study is discussed, consider the original source, its scope and the interpretation offered. Imagination and exploration need not wait for an explanation, and an interpretation should not be presented as an established finding.
3. Individual decisions and professional advice
General content is not a diagnosis, prescribed treatment or personalised medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. A coaching or training description should accurately identify what is being offered and the practitioner’s role. Seek appropriately qualified advice where a decision requires it.
Enterprise, leadership and affiliate discussions are educational. They are not a promise of investment returns, income, employment, certification eligibility or business performance.
4. Outcomes and testimonials
Experiences depend on the person, context, participation and other circumstances. We do not promise a specific personal, health, financial or business outcome unless an explicit lawful commitment forms part of the agreed offer.
A genuine testimonial describes that person’s experience. It does not establish a typical or guaranteed result for everyone. Testimonials and numerical examples must be accurately attributed, used with permission and accompanied by relevant context; a general disclaimer does not make an unsupported claim acceptable.
5. Photographs and promotional imagery
The site uses founder photographs and approved stylised executive and seminar scenes. Scenes identified as stylised promotional imagery express the brand’s direction. They do not document an actual office, owned facility, seminar, attendee group or event unless separately and accurately identified as such.
Future international networks, facilities and initiatives described as a vision are aspirations under development, not representations that those operations already exist.
6. Consumer rights and corrections
This disclaimer does not remove statutory consumer rights or excuse misleading statements. It does not override an agreed service commitment or the responsibilities that apply to our conduct. Please contact Info@themindparadigm.com if a statement needs clarification or correction.
